Before using MicroSorb products be sure to:<P>

<li> Comply with Federal and State Regulations. All spills
creating a sheen or discoloration of the surface waters of the United
States must be reported except for specific exemptions.<p>
<li> For any chemical spill, use caution, and if unfamiliar with
the product, call for professional help, i.e., Fire Department and/or
a Hazardous Materials Contractor. Always approach a spill from upwind
with proper safety equipment. Never smoke, use matches or open
flames. Comply with OSHA requirements.<p>
